Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Electronic signature of an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) is required before entry information can be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests have access to the single car garage.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • Minimum age to reserve: 25 years. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be present during the stay.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

Pets

  • This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the amenities.
  • All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless rebooked. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Guests have access to the single car garage.
  • Free parking is available on the property.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • Towels and linens are provided.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some travel areas may not have cell reception.
  • Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (summer concerts May-November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served
